I am Rasheeda Renee; daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin, mom, aunt, educator, friend and coach. I almost always write in pencil, unless a pen is mandated because sometimes we need to erase and rewrite. I'm here to help others erase and rewrite. I live and love to help others. I received my Human Service degree with a concentration in Youth and Family and Addictions to be able to help others, to help themselves. I'm here to connect the dots and make sure that people not only know what resources are available to them but that they utilize those resources properly. In our community asking for help is sometimes frowned upon, well I'm here to help with a smile. Things are made to be used, not people, so when coming for help, know that you will have to put in work as well. The goal is to teach you to advocate for yourself when needed. Our youth need people who genuinely care. Who will take an interest in their needs and wants with no gain. Just the pleasure and heart of knowing they are making a difference. If we reach one and they reach one and they reach one, maybe everyone will be reached. Let's meet them where they are and get them to where they need/want to be without judgment. I have learned it's okay to stand in the gap and I will.
